FACILITY RENTAL & PROGRAM REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY FOR
THE PARK & RECREATION DEPARTMENT
Refunds will be given to facility renters at the following rate upon cancelation of the event.
90 or more Days before the first date of use a 100% refund will be given
30 – 89 Days before the first date of use a 50% refund will be given
15 – 29 Days before the first date of use a 25% refund will be given
There will be no refund available thereafter.
When a refund request does not fall within the above policy it will be at the discretion of the Park & Recreation Director whether a refund will be made. If the refund amount is over $500.00 the voucher must be signed by the Park & Recreation Director and an additional signature will be required by the Park Liaison or the Town Supervisor. It will be the responsibility of the Park & Recreation Director to obtain the second signature required before the voucher is sent to Town Hall for processing. If the Park Liaison is not available to sign the voucher within a reasonable amount of time then Town Supervisor’s signature may be obtained.
Refunds will be given to program registrants as follows.
If cancellation is made before the registration end date there will be a refund given less a $10.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refund given after registration closes. It will be at the discretion of the Park Director whether he allows an exception. If the refund amount is over $500.00 the voucher must be signed by the Park & Recreation Director and an additional signature will be required by the Park Liaison or the Town Supervisor. It will be the responsibility of the Park & Recreation Director to obtain the second signature required before the voucher is sent to Town Hall for processing.
