Please take notice that the Town Board of Wilton, New York, County of Saratoga, will
hold a public hearing for proposed LL # 4, 2022 Peddling and Soliciting to amend LL #3 of 2011.
Town Board of Wilton, New York, County of Saratoga, will hold a public hearing to amend the code of the Town of Wilton. Said proposed amendment would eliminate the dumping of stumps and other debris to be buried on all properties in the Town of Wilton.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wilton Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on July 7, 2022, beginning at 7:02 p.m. at the Wilton Town Hall, 22 Traver Road, Wilton, New York, concerning proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2022. The proposed Local Law would increase the term of office for the Highway Superintendent and the Town Clerk from two years to four years.
