The facilities at Gavin Park are primarily for use by Wilton residents, the Parks and Recreation Department and Town of Wilton programs. Use for outside organizations, groups or individuals is subject to availability.
Players, teams, clubs, organizations or individuals MAY NOT move soccer goals for any reason. Laws prohibiting the moving of soccer goals have been enacted by the State Legislature. $500 fines can be imposed and all future use may be denied for those that do so. Only Wilton Recreation Staff may move soccer goals.
*Please note: A Building and Property Use Policy with included forms must be completed for each recreational event in which a Gavin Park Registration Form is required. Please pick one up at the Reception Desk at Gavin Park.
Gavin Park Recreational Facility includes two multi-purpose gymnasiums, meeting room, two pavilions, 15 athletic and baseball fields, walking path/track, batting cages, indoor/outdoor batting machine, game room, playground, basketball courts, indoor/outdoor pickle ball courts, soccer fields, tennis courts and concession area.
You will need to have and complete the following items to rent any facility.
Check with the Park & Recreation staff for availability of space and dates. Complete and sign this form and submit to the Gavin Park Administrative Office.

90 or more Days before the first date of use a 100% refund will be given
30 – 89 Days before the first date of use a 50% refund will be given
15 – 29 Days before the first date of use a 25% refund will be given
There will be no refund available thereafter.
