Embury Apartments on The Wesley Community campus in Saratoga Springs has 192 affordable studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as accessible units. All of Embury's apartments have newer kitchens, appliances and walk-in showers with grab bars. Both towers are fully sprinklered and have a modern emergency alarm system. Staff is available 24/7.
Public transportation stops at our door and free transportation to two major supermarkets is available on a regular schedule. You can enjoy breakfast or lunch at Embury Café, or have a meal delivered to your apartment. Socials, entertainment, and educational programs take place regularly.
Applicants to Embury Apartments must be at least 62 years of age, able to live in an independent environment and meet income eligibility requirements. Rents are based on income.

The project site is located at 120 Northern Pines Road between exits 15 and 16 of route 87 (the Northway) in the Town of Wilton, Saratoga County, New York. The Project is a joint venture between American Housing Foundation, Inc. and Rosen Development Company, Inc. and had initial occupancy in August 2006.
