Ryan K. Riper

Ryan K. Riper, P.E., a resident of the Town of Wilton and a Graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, is a Professional Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the private sector with consulting firms and as an owner of a consulting design firm. He has a diverse background with design experience in residential & commercial buildings, site planning/survey, onsite wastewater treatment systems, drainage, hydraulic assessment and soil investigations. Mr. Riper has experience working with NYS building codes and numerous state agencies. Additionally, his experience includes bridge/highway design and inspection, diving inspection of bridges and dams. He has performed inspections on numerous structures in this region including most of NYS’ large bridge structures. Mr. Riper will utilize his experience to provide engineering direction and guidance for projects brought before the Town. Ryan lives in the Town of Wilton with his wife Debra and son Ryken.
