NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Wilton, New York, County of Saratoga, will hold a public hearing for proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2025, an Extension of the Moratorium of Cannabis Manufacturing, Cultivation and Distribution.
SAID PROPOSED LOCAL LAW is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and is available for public inspection during normal business hours.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at the Wilton Town Hall located at 22 Traver Road in the town at which time all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
