PUBLIC NOTICE
ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION
SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Wilton, New York, County of
Saratoga, at a regular meeting on November 7, 2024, attended by a majority of Town Board members
unanimously voted to a adopt Resolution to expend funds from the Traffic Mitigation Reserve
Account for Capital Improvements known as the “Carr Road and Jones Road Roundabout
Project Traffic Design Phase.
The purpose of this Reserve Fund is to withdraw and expend funds from such Reserve Fund for the
purpose of the design and consulting of the Carr Road and Jones Road Roundabout Project and does
hereby resolve to authorize the withdrawal and expenditure of $17,253.40 from such Reserve Fund
and does hereby authorize and direct the Supervisor of the Town of Wilton to transfer such sum of
$17,253.40 from such Traffic Mitigation Reserve Fund (H231) to Highway Fund (H200) for the design
and consulting of the Carr Road and Jones Road Roundabout Project, as provided by law.
The Chief Fiscal Officer shall account for the Traffic Mitigation Reserve Account in a manner which
maintains the separate identity of the cash and investments of the Reserve Fund.
The resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum pursuant to subdivision 4 of section 6-c
of the General Municipal Law.
