The Saratoga County Board of Elections is a bipartisan department vested with the responsibility for administration of elections in Saratoga County. In addition to administrative duties, the Board is charged with the preservation of citizen confidence in the democratic process and enhancement of voter participation.

The Saratoga County Board of Elections has been made aware of a possible individual posing as BOE officials and purportedly questioning residents about petitions. Please know that Saratoga County Board of Elections staff doesn’t go door to door. Should you be approached in this manner, please report the incident to the Saratoga County Board of Elections at (518) 885-2249. We have notified both the State Board of Elections and local law enforcement of these reports.
