Gavin Park is a central recreation complex for residents of the Town of Wilton and surrounding communities. Not only does Gavin Park offer a myriad of youth activities such as an After School Program and Summer Day Camp, sports programs for baseball, soccer, basketball, pickleball and coaches’ clinics, and family celebrations like the Holiday Tree lighting and Community Day, and also hosts several regional athletic tournaments and events that bring thousands of people to the area who frequent local shops, restaurants and hotels. Additionally, Gavin Park provides employment opportunities for many area youth.
Our online registration is available 24/7. New accounts are approved Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. When creating a new account, please request for the head of household only. Once approved, you may add other household members to your account. Claiming false information (residency, child's grades etc) will result in immediate dismissal from our program. Summer Camp is not available for online registration.

Wilton Recreation offers summer camp for children entering grades 1 through 9, for 7 weeks. It is a place where “kids can be kids,” as they learn and grow through social interaction with their peers, as well as with their counselors.
No pets/livestock allowed, No firearms/fireworks, No alcoholic beverages, No glass containers, obey speed limit and designated parking areas, pedestrians have the right of way, respect other activities in progress, supervise chidren in your care at all times, fires for cooking - permitted at rental pavilion grills only. No propane or gasoline or other fuel allowed.
Gavin Park Recreational Facility includes two multi-purpose gymnasiums, meeting room, two pavilions, 15 athletic and baseball fields, walking path/track, batting cages, indoor/outdoor batting machine, game room, playground, basketball courts, indoor/outdoor pickle ball courts, soccer fields, tennis courts and concession area.

Held annually at Gavin Park, more than 10,000 visitors attend Wilton's fun-filled Community Day known as ParkFest to enjoy entertainment, free activities, amusement park-type rides and fireworks at dusk.
2 hours blocked time for up to 10 guests and birthday child. Ages 5-12. Packages include two Party Coordinators, private party room, balloons and goody bags. Additional add on’s : Pizza and cake/ cupcakes. We have two packages available Crafty Kid or Sporty Sport.
Located near our playground and pavilion, our rink is available for skating as weather permits. Outdoor bathrooms will be open.

The facilities at Gavin Park are primarily for use by Wilton residents, the Parks and Recreation Department and Town of Wilton programs. Use for outside organizations, groups or individuals is subject to availability.
The Friends of Wilton Recreation, Inc. was formed to seek private funding to assist the Wilton recreation facilities and programs to benefit activities for all ages in our community. The Friends of Wilton Recreation, Inc. aims to support the recreation programs by securing monies and resources, developing community relationships, and serving as an advocate for development outside the department’s budget.

The Robin Stacey Memorial Award is presented each year to a Jr. NBA player in honor of Robin Stacey’s love of sports and his dedication to the youth of Wilton.
